Vantage loading tray fails to open (Venus 6.0.2)

We’ve had this “C0: Process busy” error opening the loading tray at the end of the method occur multiple times on one of our systems. I can easily add an explicit Lock/Unlock step before cleanup if this is the best course of action.

Hi @pthatcher,

This was a known bug in Venus 6 versions prior to Venus 6.2.1. In some cases the Vantage cleanup steps were not executing with correct timing resulting in the process busy error. Are your other Vantage systems also on Venus 6.0.2? Do you have the ability to upgrade to a newer version of Venus? Otherwise executing an unlock step prior to cleanup is the best route to go.

Hi @MatthewSmith_Hamilton, thanks for the guidance! We can easily drop a discrete step in before cleanup. I’ll take this back to the team to decide if we can just upgrade instead. Thanks!
