The power button on my Hamilton Vantage decided to stop working today. The instrument begins to initialize when I press it, but once I release the button the instrument powers off. Do you think that this is something I can troubleshoot myself, or is it something I need to have a FSE come out to check? Thanks!
Sorry to hear about the issue! I recommend calling the service hotline to get a work order assigned for the FSE to investigate and repair.
