VENUS 6 iSWAP Error: "No valid device error assignment found for device identifier 'H0'. (0x81 - 0x0 - 0x0)) (0x28 - 0x2 - 0x801)"

While running a script that utilizes the iSWAP/iPG to transport labware across the deck, I ran into the following error: “No valid device error assignment found for device identifier ‘H0’. (0x81 - 0x0 - 0x0)) (0x28 - 0x2 - 0x801)”

I am currently running on VENUS 6, however, this same script had run as expected when we were operating on VENUS 4. This makes me believe it has something to do with VENUS 6. Any ideas on what the solution would be?

Hi @partyparrot,

I have a few follow up questions:

  1. At one point in the method did this error occur? Was it before the method began or during an iSWAP movement step?
  2. Does your system have an MPH96 on it?
  3. Can you share a trace file from the run in which this error occurred?

Thank you,
Dan

This happened during the iSWAP step and our system does have an MPH96 attached.
