Voltage error?

Hey everyone, an operator of one of our Hamilton STAR platforms is reporting an error that pops up any time a method is started. It is the same error message across all methods, including daily/weekly maintenance runs. During initialization, this error pops up:

“An error occurred while running Vector. The error description is: Instrument error received. ([I0: Execution, Voltage out of range.])
(0x28 - 0x2 - 0x807)”

I’m actually out of the office right now so I haven’t been able to dig into the error at all, but was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction as far as hardware/where in the apps side of things this might be originating from so I can advise our operator on next steps. Last week, the operator had a method abort due to ODTC lid failing to close properly, but was able to rescue plate using a pre-made ODTC focused method to open lid. All subsequent runs after that resulted in the voltage error/abort during initialization. Instrument was powered down over the weekend but still showing this error message to start the week. I guess I’m just wondering if anyone’s encountered this error before, I haven’t ever seen it in the 2 or 3 years I’ve been working with our instruments. Thanks.
