Our plate reader was working fine, then suddenly last week it gives this error as soon as it attempts to initialize (plate_reader.initialize(“single”, [600]))
Error 4000: ExceptionInProtocolError
ProtocolCommandFailedError [line 67]: Error 4000 GENERAL_ERROR (ProtocolCommandFailedError): PythonException: RuntimeError: (‘Error initializing measurement: ErrorCode.DEVICE_OPERATION_FAILED’, ‘DEVICE_OPERATION_FAILED’)
I’m currently talking to Opentrons support to get this resolved but wanted to check here incase anyone else has had this issue and potentially fixed it. Thanks!
