“I1: Scanner X-drive initialization failed”

Hello,

I am having the following error on our Hamilton Vantage;

“I1: Scanner X-drive initialization failed”

Which appears similar to the following problem previously identified in the following thread;
Initialization errors - Hamilton (Venus) / Venus Questions - Lab Automation Forums

Is there an easy way to disable this step in the initialization if the autoload and barcode scanner are not actively used by any method?

Can you check if the X-drive can move freely? For example, is the autoload able to move across the deck left to right, right to left etc. Most of the time you see this also when there is something blocking movement. Otherwise I would call service.
