Inline filter test showing 0 on all channels (fluent)

Hello all

I’ve had a strange issue with my tecan fluent lately. I find that sometimes all the FCA channels seem to show a pressure of 0 when doing an inline filter check. Then if I restart the machine a few times (5-6 times) it seems to suddenly work, and I can do an entire 4 hour run with zero issues.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Any thoughts are welcome

Have you tried to add a ‘Drop Tips’ before and after the inline filter check?

Yes I have, tecan suspects it is the PCBA board that is messed up on the machine. I suspect there is just a wire that keeps getting dislodged. Do you or anybody know how to check this board / where it is?

Curious but have you swapped the filters in the DiTi cones?

Oh yeah that was the first thing I did (well, I tried it a few times actually)! No change unfortunately
