As the title says, when using the assist plus with a voyager 300µL or a 1250µL 8-channel to array out a 96 plate with water the volumes are always short in the last 12th column and even the 11th column occasionally. The reservoirs are still full, tips look even, and the last column of well volumes should be 200µL but it is closer to 195µL.

I am assuming this is in single dispense mode of the pipet (not doing any repeat dispense with the 1250 µL VOYAGER for example)? Also do you see this difference in volumes if you keep the same tip for the full plate vs changing the tips for every column?

Yes, single dispense mode with the same tips. Specifically stayed away from repeat dispense due to variable volumes i.e. 2nd column: 50µL, 3rd column: 60µL,… 12th column: 200µL. From my memory it was still being seen when changing the tips too but I can go confirm.
