Users.cfg not signed error repeatedly coming back

Hey all,
We frequently (once every other week to once a month) have the error " ‘users.cfg’ is not signed for this system!" come up on both our Hamilton Stars. We’re able to fix the error by repairing the software, but that erases all our user logins and we have to setup everyone’s logins each time it happens. Is there a way to prevent this from happening, or fix it without losing all our user logins? The only thing we have noticed is that it seems to happen around updates for Windows.

Please note that this issue has been fixed for VENUS 5 and above.
